Our Box office is typically open an hour prior to door times on any show night. You can contact the box office directly via email at 713musichallinfo@livenation.com or by phone at 832-204-6920.

Bags up to 12” x 6” x 12” are allowed in the venue. All bags will be searched prior to entry. Bags that are not clear will be subject to additional search.

Bags that do not fit this specification will be asked to be returned to your vehicle or dropped off at coat check for a small fee. 

Yes! For your convenience, we offer this service at a small fee of $10. Coat/Bag check is located next to the box office in the main lobby. 

Funny you ask! These are our prohibited items: 

No guns, knives, weapons, pepper spray, projectiles of any kind, spikes of any kind, or any other item that could be used to inflict harm
• Replicas of any type of weapon are NOT permitted
• No drugs or drug paraphernalia, illegal substances of any kind
• No outside food or drinks
• No personal video cameras, Go-Pros, selfie sticks, drones, masks or laser pointers
• No professional audio, video, or audio recording equipment – (including detachable lenses, tripods, zooms or commercial use rigs) without a photo pass
• No unsealed liquids or gels of any kind
• No jewelry or clothing that could inflict harm, including spikes of any kind                                                         • No posters, banners, signs, etc. that will obstruct another fan's view

**Please note that the list of prohibited items is subject to change. The venue reserves the right to make any necessary adjustments to these protocols to ensure the safety of the tour, artist, and guests.

Alcoholic beverages are available for purchase and consumption only by patrons ages 21 and up with valid photo ID (pictures of identification cards will not be accepted).

Every guest will be required to show valid ID before purchase. 

Yup! If you attended a show at our venue and lost something during your visit, please visit the link below to file a claim. If the item was turned into our lost & found, a venue member will reach out with information on how to obtain your item(s).

Nope. Sorry! Make sure you have everything with you before entering the venue doors. If you do leave at any point in the evening, you will not be allowed back in. 

We are actually a cashless venue and accept debit, credit, and/or tap (Apple Pay, Google Pay). If you only have cash, we can help you out. Stop by our Cash to Card booth to convert your cash into a card, dollar for dollar, without any service fees! 

Great question! All ages are welcome - unless otherwise stated on the ticket or event information. Children, 2 years and older, require a ticket to enter the venue. Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

We offer reserved Premier Parking located at entrance on Franklin and Congress. Parking includes a parking spot within close walking distance to the ticket gates, VIP entrance into the venue, and expedited exit after the show.

There are only a limited number of spaces so act fast for your event here! 

Refunds are automatically issued when an event cancels. Refunds will be provided via the original point of purchase. 

• If tickets were purchased with cash at the Box Office, an in-person refund will be required. Please present your tickets or order confirmation number.

Support acts are always subject to change, there are no refunds when support acts cancel or change.
